Customer Information (“Identifiable Credentials”)
Concourse Communications requires certain information at the time of signup and in the course of providing customer support. This information is necessary for us to provide quality service and support.

Security Statement
Concourse Communications wishes to assist users in learning more about the security limitations and features as well as our privacy policy with respect to WiFi service at this location.Users must be aware that WiFi service is based on over-the-air wireless technology that is inherently not secured. We therefore cannot guarantee the privacy of your data while connected into the system. That is, transmission of communications may be illicitly intercepted by equipment and software. For your protection, all sensitive information related to your account registration, credit card or other payment information while visiting our registration and login websites is encrypted using secure socket layer (“SSL”) and (“MD5”) technologies. However, while visiting other websites, user communications are transmitted "in the clear" (meaning they are not encrypted) and so may be vulnerable to unauthorized interception. We recommend users to take measures to secure their devices and Internet communications. This can be accomplished through a wide range of industry available user-provided security solutions, including virtual private networks, encryption and personal firewalls. Our network is friendly and will allow most type of security and encryption mechanisms to pass-through our network.

Concourse Communications is NOT in the business of distributing or selling identifiable information to others. This policy reflects our commitment to securing your privacy while using our WiFi services. Concourse Communications may disclose information only in the following ways:

1. With Your Consent - We may obtain your consent to disclose identifiable credentials and other information in a number ways, including in writing; verbally; online by clicking a button; at the time of initiation or use of service when your consent as part of the required terms and conditions to use the service. Sometimes your consent is implicit.

2. Third-Party Vendor Transaction Processing - We disclose your identifiable information to third parties as necessary to deliver the WiFi service or perform a service in our behalf. When the third party acts solely in our behalf, such as a billing service vendor, Concourse Communications will restrict their use and disclosure of your information.

3. Material Business Transaction - In the case of a business merger or acquisition, user information may be transferred as one of the business assets in the transaction.

4. Criminal/Civil Investigation - Concourse Communications cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, yet there must still be a court order before Concourse Communications surrenders customer information. Concourse Communications may update this Security & Privacy Policy Statement from time to time. Please check them regularly for update.
